This hotel was very bad with customer service. The staff overall was terrible. The manager of the hotel could care less about pleasing his guest.

Children slamming doors, knocking on doors and running in the hallways at late hours.
The desk staff was not very friendly upon check in. We had adjoining rooms and it was very inconvenient that one was cleaned early in the morning and we had to call the desk to have the other one cleaned late in the afternoon.
